FAQs Overview

Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs) is a list of commonly raised concerns your users ask pertaining to your offerings like products, services, processes or related concepts. In general, FAQs are in a static question and answer format. 

For example, consider a bank that deployed the Search Assistant. The questions are related to the bank’s services, products, accounts, and general inquiries like What are the banking services offered? What are regulatory norms for account opening ? The bank can have the FAQ’s in various format  content that contains the answers to questions in text format sometimes with embedded images and videos if applicable. Such FAQs can  be added to the Search Assistant and indexed to instantly respond to the queries from the  search users from search. 

FAQs can be added in the following ways: 

  1. Log in to the SearchAssist platform with valid credentials.
  2. Select your Search Assistant  to which you would like to add FAQs to. 
  3. On the Sources page, click FAQs on the left pane.
  4. On the FAQs page, add FAQs through any or all of the  the following ways:
    • Extract FAQs
    • Import FAQs
    • Add FAQs Manually
