Frequently Asked Questions(FAQs) is a list of commonly raised concerns your users ask pertaining to your offerings like products, services, processes or related concepts. In general, FAQs are in a static question and answer format.
For example, consider a bank that deployed an App. The frequently asked questions will be related to bank services, products, accounts, and general inquiries like What are the banking services offered? What are regulatory norms for account opening ? etc. The bank maintains the FAQ content that contains the answers to questions in text format sometimes with embedded images and videos if applicable. Add such FAQs to search the App and index thoroughly to get instant responce to the related queries from the search users.

FAQs can be added in the following ways:
- Log in to the SearchAssist platform with valid credentials.
- Select your App to which you would like to add FAQs to.
- On the Sources page, click FAQs on the left pane.
- On the FAQs page, add FAQs through any or all of the the following details
- Extract FAQs from files
- Extract FAQs from URLs
- Import FAQs
- Add FAQs Manually
