スケジュールされたトリガーでは、人手を介さずに、スケジュールされた時間に自動的にプロセスアプリをトリガーできます。例として、監査プロセスを考えてみましょう。ここでは、手動でトリガーする代わりに、システムが自動的に監査プロセスをトリガーすることができます。

スケジュールトリガーを設定

呼び出し可能トリガーを設定するには、以下の手順に従います。

  1. プロセスアプリにログインした後、そのアプリにはフロータブが表示されます。
  2. 右側のペインで、トリガーの下のスケジュール済みをクリックします。
  3. 「スケジュール済みトリガー」ウィンドウで、以下の詳細を設定します。
    1. 開始日時 – カレンダーから開始日時を選択。
    2. タイムゾーン – ドロップダウンリストからタイムゾーンを選択。
    3. 繰り返しトリガー ウィンドウの右上にあるトグルをオンに切り換えます。トリガーを繰り返したい場合は、繰り返しトリガーチェックボックスを選択することができます。次に、それぞれのフィールドに詳細を入力して、繰り返しを設定します。
    4. 完了をクリックします。

예약 트리거를 사용하면 사람의 개입 없이 예약된 시간에 프로세스 앱을 자동으로 트리거 할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 시스템이 수동 트리거 대신 자동으로 감사 프로세스를 트리거 할 수 있는 감사 프로세스를 고려해 보겠습니다.

예약 트리거 설정

예약 트리거를 설정하려면 다음 단계를 수행하세요.

  1. 프로세스 앱에 로그인하면 흐름탭으로 이동합니다.
  2. 오른쪽 창에서 트리거 아래의 예약됨을 클릭합니다.
  3. 예약 트리거에서 다음 세부 정보를 설정합니다.
    1. 시작 날짜 및 시간 – 일정표에서 시작 날짜 및 시간을 선택합니다.
    2. 시간대 – 드롭다운 목록에서 시간대를 선택합니다.
    3. 반복 트리거 – 창의 오른쪽 상단에 있는 토글을 켭니다. 트리거를 다시 발생하게 하려면 반복 트리거 확인란을 선택합니다. 그런 다음 각 필드에 세부 정보를 입력하여 반복으로 설정합니다.
    4. 완료를 클릭합니다.

Scheduled Trigger allows you to trigger the process app automatically at a scheduled time without any human intervention. For example, let us consider an audit process where the system can trigger the audit process automatically instead of manual triggering.

Configure Scheduled Trigger

To configure a Scheduled Trigger, follow the below steps:

  1. After you log in to the Process App, it lands you on the Flow tab.
  2. On the right pane, click Scheduled under Triggers.
  3. On the Scheduled Trigger window, configure the following details:
    1. Start Date and Time – Select the start date and time from the calendar.
    2. Time Zone – Select the time zone from the drop-down list.
    3. Recurring Trigger – Turn on the toggle on the top-right of the window. You can select the Recurring Trigger checkbox if you want the trigger to reoccur. Then set the recurrence by entering the details in the respective fields.
    4. Click Done.
