呼び出し可能トリガーは、別のプロセスアプリから呼び出されたトリガーを指します。たとえば、すでに設計されているプロセスアプリ A と、呼び出し可能なトリガーを使用するプロセスアプリ Bについて考えてみましょう。上記の例では、どのフローがプロセスアプリ Bをトリガーするかは定義されていません。代わりに、サブフローの呼び出しタスクがプロセスアプリAに追加され、プロセスアプリBがトリガーされます。呼び出しタスクが追加されると、システムはこれら2つのフローを自動的にリンクし、プロセスアプリAプロセスアプリBのトリガーとして追加します。[呼び出し可能トリガー]ウィンドウで、プロセスアプリAの名前(トリガーとして)およびプロセスアプリBをトリガーするその他のトリガー/プロセスアプリケーションを確認できます。

呼び出し可能型トリガーの構成

呼び出し可能型トリガーを設定するには、以下のステップに従います:

  1. プロセスアプリにログインした後、そのアプリにはフロータブが表示されます。
  2. 右側のペインで、トリガーの下の呼び出し可能をクリックします。
  3. 「呼び出し可能トリガー」ウィンドウでは、デフォルトで変数タブが選択されています。
  4. 変数ページで、+変数をクリックしてプロセス変数を追加します。変数によって、プロセスアプリのフロー全体でボットのデータを使用できます。
  5. データ型(文字列、ブール値、数字、日付) をドロップダウンリストから選択します。
  6. 保存をクリックします。
  7. 同様に、データ型が異なる複数の変数を追加できます。
  8. プロセスアプリタブをクリック。
  9. プロセスアプリを見つけることができます。このワークフローのトリガーとなるプロセスアプリを選択します。
  10. 完了をクリックします。

호출 가능한 트리거는 다른 프로세스 앱에서 호출된 트리거를 의미합니다. 예를 들어 이미 설계된 프로세스 앱 A와 호출 가능한 트리거를 사용하는 프로세스 앱 B를 고려해 봅시다. 위의 예시에는 어떤 흐름이 프로세스 앱 B를 트리거 하는지 정의되어 있지 않습니다. 대신 프로세스 앱 B를 트리거 하기 위해 프로세스 앱 A하위 흐름 작업 호출이 추가되었습니다. 호출 작업을 추가한 후 시스템은 이 두 흐름을 자동으로 연결하고 프로세스 앱 A프로세스 앱 B에 대한 트리거로 추가합니다. 호출 가능한 트리거 창에서 프로세스 앱 A의 이름(트리거로) 및 프로세스 앱 B를 트리거 하는 다른 모든 트리거/프로세스 애플리케이션을 볼 수 있습니다.

호출 가능한 트리거 설정

호출 가능한 트리거를 설정하려면 다음 단계를 수행하세요.

  1. 프로세스 앱에 로그인하면 흐름탭으로 이동합니다.
  2. 오른쪽 창에서 트리거 아래의 호출 가능함을 클릭합니다.
  3. 호출 가능한 트리거 창에 기본값으로 변수 탭이 선택되어 있습니다.
  4. 변수 페이지에서 + 변수를 클릭하여 프로세스 변수를 추가합니다. 변수를 사용하면 프로세스 앱 흐름 전체에서 봇의 데이터를 사용할 수 있습니다.
  5. 드롭다운 목록에서 데이터 형식(문자열, 부울, 숫자, 날짜)을 선택합니다.
  6. 저장을 클릭합니다.
  7. 마찬가지로 데이터 유형이 다른 여러 개의 변수를 추가할 수 있습니다.
  8. 프로세스 앱 탭을 클릭합니다.
  9. 프로세스 앱을 찾을 수 있습니다. 이 워크플로우를 트리거하려면 프로세스 앱을 선택하세요.
  10. 완료를 클릭합니다.

Callable Triggers refer to the triggers invoked from another process app. For example, let us consider Process App A which is already designed and Process App B that uses a callable trigger. In the above example, it is not defined which flow triggers Process App B. Instead, a call a subflow task is added in Process App A to trigger Process App B. After the invocation task is added, the system automatically links these two flows and adds Process App A as a trigger to Process App B. On the Callable Triggers window, you can see the name of Process App A (as a trigger) and any other triggers/process applications that trigger Process App B.

Configure Callable Trigger

To configure a Callable Trigger, follow the below steps:

  1. After you log in to the Process App, it lands you on the Flow tab.
  2. On the right pane, click Callable under Triggers.
  3. On the Callable Trigger window, by default, the Variables tab is selected.
  4. On the Variables page, click + Variable to add process variables. Variables allow you to use data from bots across your process app flow.
  5. Select a Data Type (String, Boolean, Number, Date) from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Similarly, you can add multiple variables with different data types.
  8. Click the Process App tab.
  9. You can find the Process Apps. Select a Process App to trigger this workflow.
  10. Click Done.
