通知イベントは、チャネルを通じてユーザーに通知するのに役立ちます。通知を送信するには、チャネル（ボット、メール、API）を設定する必要があります。これらのチャネルを通じて、ユーザーに通知を配信することができます。

イベント通知を設定

プロセスフローにイベント通知タスクを設定するには、以下の手順に従います。

1. 左側のペインには、イベントセクションがあります。通知ステンシルを、このセクションからビルダーにドラッグアンドドロップします。 
2. 通知ステンシルをクリックして、「通知」ウィンドウを開きます。
3. 「通知」ウィンドウで、以下の詳細を入力。
   1. 名前 – 通知用の名前を入力します。 たとえば、タスク完了通知。
   2. 配信モード – ドロップダウンリストから配信モード（チャネル）を選択します。すでに選択されている場合は 上書きをクリックして、リストから選択します。
   3. 受信者– 受信者のメールアドレスを入力します。カンマで区切ったメールアドレスで、複数の受信者を入力できます。{…} をクリックして、コンテキスト とプロセス変数を追加することもできます。
   4. 件名– 通知メールの件名を入力します。
   5. メッセージを作成 – 通知に関連するテキストを入力。{…}をクリックして、メッセージに変数を追加します。
4. 「通知」ウィンドウを閉じます。

알림 이벤트를 사용하면 채널을 통해 사용자에게 알릴 수 있습니다. 알림을 보내려면 채널(봇, 이메일, API)을 설정해야 합니다. 이러한 채널을 통해 사용자에게 알림을 전송할 수 있습니다.

알림 이벤트 설정

프로세스 흐름에서 알림 이벤트를 설정하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요.

1. 왼쪽 창에서 이벤트 섹션을 찾을 수 있습니다. 이 섹션의 알림 스탠실을 빌더로 끌어서 놓습니다. 
2. 알림 스텐실을 클릭하여 알림 창을 엽니다.
3. 알림 창에서 다음 세부 정보를 입력합니다.
   1. 이름 – 알림의 이름을 입력합니다. 예: 작업 완료 알림.
   2. 전달 모드 – 드롭다운 목록에서 전달 모드(채널)를 선택합니다. 이미 전달 모드가 선택되어 있는 경우 재정의를 클릭하고 목록에서 선택합니다.
   3. 수신자 – 수신인의 이메일 주소를 입력합니다. 쉼표로 구분된 이메일 주소를 사용해 다중 수신자를 입력할 수 있습니다. 또한 {…}를 클릭하여 컨텍스트 및 프로세스 변수를 추가합니다.
   4. 제목 – 알림 메일의 제목을 입력합니다.
   5. 메시지 작성 – 알리고자 하는 관련 텍스트를 입력합니다. {…}를 클릭하여 메시지에 변수를 추가합니다.
4. 알림 창을 닫습니다.

Notify event helps you notify users through the channels. To send notifications, you must configure channels (Bot, Email, API). Through these channels, you can deliver notifications to your users.

Configure Notify Event

To configure a Notify event in the process flow, follow the below steps:

1. On the left pane, you can find the Events section. Drag and drop the Notify stencil from this section to the builder. 
2. Click the Notify stencil to open the Notify window.
3. On the Notify window, enter the following details:
   1. Name – Enter a name for the notification. For example, Task completion notification.
   2. Delivery Mode – Select a delivery mode (channel) from the drop-down list. If it is already selected, then click Override and choose from the list.
   3. Recipients – Enter the recipient’s email address. You can enter multiple recipients by comma-separated email addresses. You can also click {…} to add context and process variables.
   4. Subject – Enter a subject for the notification mail.
   5. Compose Message – Enter the relevant text related to the notification. Click {…} to add variables to the message.
4. Close the Notify window.
