データテーブルを使用すると、カスタムデータを永続化して、必要なときにいつでも取得することができるようになります。データテーブルに接続―プラットフォーム上のデータテーブルのデータを保存、読み取り、変更できます。たとえば、承認済の休暇申請について考えてみましょう。休暇データを保存するには、データテーブルに接続ステンシルを使用してデータをテーブルに送信できます。データテーブルに接続すると、次のアクションを実行するのに役立ちます。

データテーブルに接続してアクションを実行するには、次のステップに従います:

  1. 左側のペインにはシステム連携セクションが表示されます。このセクションからビルダーにデータテーブルに接続ステンシルをドラッグアンドドロップします。
  2. データテーブルに接続ステンシルをクリックして、データテーブルに接続ウィンドウを開きます。
  3. データテーブルに接続ウィンドウで、次の詳細を入力します。
    1. 名前―タスクの名前を入力
    2. リクエストの定義データ テーブルまたはデータビューにアクセスするためのサービスリクエストを定義します。
  4. リクエストの定義セクションで、リクエストの定義をクリックします。
  5. データサービス要求の定義ページで、データテーブルの選択ドロップダウンリストからテーブルを選択します。プロセスに許可されているすべてのデータテーブルを選択できます。ただし、一度に選択できるテーブルは1つだけです。データテーブルにアクセスするには、以下のステップに従います:
    1. ランディングページで、上部のデータタブをクリックします。
    2. 権限を追加するテーブルをクリックします。
    3. テーブルの更新ウィンドウで、割り当ての処理をクリックします。
    4. 検索フィールドに、プロセスアプリ名を入力して選択します。アカウントで選択したプロセスアプリは、このテーブルのデータにアクセスできます。
    5. 更新をクリックします。
  6. アクションドロップダウンリストからアクション(「追加」「取得」「更新」「削除」)を選択します。
  7. テストをクリックして、構成をテストします。
  8. 続行するための確認ダイアログボックスで、確認をクリックします。
  9. 保存をクリックします。

데이터 테이블을 사용하면 사용자 정의 데이터를 유지하고 필요할 때마다 검색할 수 있습니다. 데이터 테이블에 연결을 통해 플랫폼의 데이터 테이블에 있는 데이터를 저장, 읽기 및 수정할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어 승인된 휴가 요청을 살펴봅시다. 휴가 데이터를 저장하려면 데이터 테이블에 연결 스텐실을 사용하여 데이터를 테이블로 전송합니다. 데이터 테이블에 연결을 사용하면 다음 작업을 수행할 수 있습니다.

데이터 테이블에 연결을 설정하고 작업을 수행하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요.

  1. 왼쪽 창에서 통합 섹션을 찾을 수 있습니다. 이 섹션의 데이터 테이블에 연결 스탠실을 빌더로 끌어서 놓습니다.
  2. 데이터 테이블에 연결 스텐실을 클릭하여 데이터 테이블에 연결 창을 엽니다.
  3. 데이터 테이블에 연결 창에서 다음 세부 정보를 입력합니다.
    1. 이름 – 해당 작업의 이름을 입력합니다
    2. 요청 정의 – 데이터 테이블 또는 데이터 뷰에 접근하기 위한 서비스 요청을 정의합니다.
  4. 요청 정의 섹션에서 요청 정의를 클릭합니다.
  5. 데이터 서비스 요청 정의 페이지에서 데이터 테이블 선택 드롭 다운 목록을 선택합니다. 프로세스에 허용된 모든 데이터 테이블을 선택할 수 있습니다. 하지만 한 번에 하나의 테이블만 선택할 수 있습니다. 데이터 테이블에 접근하려면 다음 단계를 수행하세요.
    1. 랜딩 페이지에서 상단 데이터 탭을 클릭합니다.
    2. 권한을 추가하려는 테이블을 클릭합니다.
    3. 테이블 업데이트 창에서 프로세스 할당을 클릭합니다.
    4. 검색 필드에 프로세스 앱 이름을 입력하고 선택합니다. 계정에서 선택한 프로세스 앱을 통해 이 테이블의 데이터에 접근할 수 있습니다.
    5. 업데이트를 클릭합니다.
  6. 조치 드롭 다운 목록에서 조치(추가, 가져오기, 업데이트, 삭제)를 선택합니다.
  7. 테스트를 클릭하여 설정을 테스트합니다.
  8. 확인하여 계속 대화 상자에서 확인을 클릭합니다.
  9. 저장을 클릭합니다.

Data Tables allow you to persist custom data and retrieve it whenever needed. Connect to Data Table allows you to store, read, and modify the data in the data tables on the platform. For example, let us consider an approved leave request. To store the leave data, you can use the Connect to Data Table stencil and send data to the table. Connecting to data tables help you to perform the following actions:

  • Add
  • Get
  • Update
  • Delete

To connect to a data table and perform an action, follow the below steps:

  1. On the left pane, you can find the Integrations section. Drag and drop the Connect to Data Table stencil from this section to the builder.
  2. Click the Connect to Data Table stencil to open the Connect to Data Table window.
  3. On the Connect to Data Table window, enter the following details:
    1. Name – Enter a name for this task
    2. Request Definition – Define the service request to access data tables or data views.
  4. Under the Request Definition section, click Define Request.
  5. On the Data Service Request Definition page, select a table from the Choose Data Table drop-down list. All data tables that are permitted to the process will be available for you to select. But only one table can be selected at a time. To provide access to the data table, follow the below steps:
    1. On the landing page, click the Data tab on the top.
    2. Click on the table you want to add permissions.
    3. On the Update Table window, click Process Assignments.
    4. In the search field, enter the Process App name and select it. The selected process apps in the account can access the data in this table.
    5. Click Update.
  6. Select an action (Add, Get, Update, Delete) from the Actions drop-down list.
  7. Click Test to test the configuration.
  8. On the Confirm to Proceed dialog box, click Confirm.
  9. Click Save.
