インポートとエクスポートオプションを使用すると、プロセスアプリをインポートしたり、公開済みまたは最新バージョンのプロセスアプリをエクスポートしたりできます。

アプリをインポート

インポートオプションを使用すると、プロセスアプリをインスタンスにインポートできます。たとえば、共同開発者がプロセスアプリを作成し、自分のインスタンスで同じものを作成したいとします。この場合、構成ファイルとプロセス定義ファイルからなる共同開発者のプロセスアプリをzipファイルとしてエクスポートし、インスタンスにインポートできます。プロセスアプリをインポートするには、次のステップに従います：

1. 上部の設定タブをクリックします。
2. デフォルトでは、一般設定ページが表示されます。
3. 左側のペインで インポートとエクスポートをクリックします。
4. インポートとエクスポートページでは、デフォルトで、インポートタブが選択されています。
5. インポートページで、次の詳細を構成します。
   1. アプリアイコン―インポートしたアプリのアプリアイコンをアップロードします。
   2. 定義ファイル―プロセス定義ファイルを選択します。
   3. 構成ファイル―プロセス構成ファイルを選択します。
6. インポートをクリックします。
7. アプリのインポートの処理ダイアログボックスで、詳細を確認できます。
8. インポート中 をクリックします。
9. 対応するダイアログ ボックスで、インポート状況を確認できます。また、インポートログをダウンロードすることもできます。
10. 「完了」をクリックします。

アプリのエクスポート

エクスポートオプションを使用すると、公開済みまたは最新バージョンのプロセスアプリをエクスポートできます。プロセスアプリをzipファイルとしてエクスポートし、共同開発者と共有することができます。エクスポートされたzipファイルは、構成ファイルとプロセス定義ファイルからなります。プロセスアプリをエクスポートするには、次のステップに従います：

1. 上部の設定タブをクリックします。
2. デフォルトでは、一般設定ページが表示されます。
3. 左側のペインで インポートとエクスポートをクリックします。
4. インポートとエクスポートページでは、デフォルトで、インポートタブが選択されています。エクスポートタブをクリックします。
5. エクスポートページで、下のオプションから何れかを選択してください：
   1. 公開済み―選択すると、公開済みバージョンのフォーム、フロー、および設定がエクスポートされます。
   2. 最新バージョン―選択すると、最新バージョンがエクスポートされます。開発中のバージョンのみが含まれています。
6. エクスポートをクリックします。

가져오기 및 내보내기 옵션을 사용하면 프로세스 앱을 가져올 수 있으며 프로세스 앱의 게시된 버전이나 최신 버전을 내보낼 수 있습니다.

앱 가져오기

가져오기 옵션을 사용하면 프로세스 앱을 인스턴스로 가져올 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, 공동 개발자가 프로세스 앱을 구축했고 이 앱을 인스턴스에서 생성하기를 원한다고 가정해 보겠습니다. 이 경우, 공동 개발자의 프로세스 앱을 설정 파일과 프로세스 정의 파일로 구성된 zip 파일로 내보낸 후 인스턴스로 가져올 수 있습니다. 프로세스 앱을 가져오려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

1. 상단의 설정 탭을 클릭합니다.
2. 기본적으로, 일반 설정 페이지가 표시됩니다.
3. 왼쪽 창에서, 가져오기 및 내보내기를 클릭합니다.
4. 가져오기 및 내보내기 페이지에는, 기본적으로, 가져오기 탭이 선택되어 있습니다.
5. 가져오기 페이지에서, 다음 세부 정보를 설정합니다:
   1. 앱 아이콘 – 가져온 앱의 앱 아이콘을 업로드합니다.
   2. 정의 파일 – 프로세스 정의 파일을 선택합니다.
   3. 설정 파일 – 프로세스 설정 파일을 선택합니다.
6. 가져오기를 클릭합니다.
7. 프로세스 앱 가져오기 대화 상자에서, 세부 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
8. 가져오기 시작을 클릭합니다.
9. 해당 대화 상자에서, 가져오기 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다. 가져오기 로그를 다운로드할 수도 있습니다.
10. 완료를 클릭합니다.

앱 내보내기

내보내기 옵션을 사용하면 프로세스 앱의 게시된 버전이나 최신 버전을 내보낼 수 있습니다. 프로세스 앱을 zip 파일로 내보내고 공동 개발자와 공유할 수 있습니다. 내보낸 zip 파일은 설정 및 프로세스 정의 파일로 구성됩니다. 프로세스 앱을 내보내려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

1. 상단의 설정 탭을 클릭합니다.
2. 기본적으로, 일반 설정 페이지가 표시됩니다.
3. 왼쪽 창에서, 가져오기 및 내보내기를 클릭합니다.
4. 가져오기 및 내보내기 페이지에는, 기본적으로, 가져오기 탭이 선택되어 있습니다. 내보내기 탭을 클릭합니다.
5. 내보내기 페이지에서, 다음 옵션 중 하나를 선택합니다:
   1. 게시됨 – 선택된 경우, 게시된 버전의 양식, 흐름 및 설정을 내보냅니다.
   2. 최신 버전 – 선택된 경우, 최신 버전을 내보냅니다. 개발 중 버전만 포함됩니다.
6. 내보내기를 클릭합니다.

The Import & Export option allows you to import a Process App and to export a published or latest version of your Process App.

Import App

Import option allows you to import a Process App into your instance. For example, let us consider your co-developer has built a Process App and you want the same to be created in your instance. In this case, you can export your co-developers Process App as a zip file that consists of configuration and process definition files and import it into your instance.

To import a Process App, follow the below steps:

1. Click the Settings tab on the top.
2. By default, the General Settings page is displayed.
3. On the left pane, click Import & Export.
4. On the Import & Export page, by default, the Import tab is selected.
5. On the Import page, configure the following details:
   1. App icon – Upload an app icon for your imported app.
   2. Definition File – Choose a process definition file.
   3. Config File – Choose a process configuration file.
6. Click Import.
7. On the Process App Import dialog box, you can find the details.
8. Click Begin Import.
9. On the corresponding dialog box, you can find the status of the import. You can also download the Import Logs.
10. Click Complete.

Export App

The export option allows you to export a published or latest version of your Process App. You can export your Process App as a zip file and share it with your co-developers. The exported zip file consists of configuration and process definition files.

To export a Process App, follow the below steps:

1. Click the Settings tab on the top.
2. By default, the General Settings page is displayed.
3. On the left pane, click Import & Export.
4. On the Import & Export page, by default, the Import tab is selected. Click the Export tab.
5. On the Export page, select any of the following options:
   1. Published – If selected, it exports published versions of forms, flow, and settings.
   2. Latest Versions – If selected, it exports the latest version. Only the in-development version is included.
6. Click Export.
