デジタルフォームはユーザー入力をキャプチャするための定義とさまざまなコンポーネントを含んでいます。フォームタブからデジタルフォームにアクセスできます。 フォームを作成するには、以下のステップに従います:

  1. 右上の フォームタブをクリックします。
  2. フォームページで、新規フォームをクリックします。
  3. [新しいフォーム] ダイアログボックスで、以下の詳細を入力します。
    1. 名前―フォームの名前を入力
    2. 表示名―フォームの表示名を入力
    3. 説明―フォームの簡単な説明を入力
  4. 作成をクリックすると、新しく作成されたフォームが見つかります。

디지털 양식에는 사용자 입력을 캡처하기 위한 정의 및 다양한 구성 요소가 포함되어 있습니다. 양식 탭에서디지털 양식에 접근할 수 있습니다.  양식을 생성하려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

  1. 상단의 양식 탭을 클릭합니다.
  2. 양식 페이지에서, 새 양식을 클릭합니다.
  3. 새 양식 대화 상자에서, 다음 세부 정보를 입력합니다:
    1. 이름 – 양식 이름을 입력합니다
    2. 표시 이름 – 양식의 표시 이름을 입력합니다
    3. 설명 – 양식의 간단한 설명을 입력합니다
  4. 생성을 클릭하면 새로 생성된 양식을 확인할 수 있습니다.

A Digital Form includes a definition and various components to capture the user input. You can access Digital Forms from the Forms tab. 

To create a form, follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Forms tab on the top.
  2. On the Forms page, click New Form.
  3. On the New Form dialog box, enter the following details:
    1. Name – Enter a name for the form
    2. Display Name – Enter a display name for the form
    3. Description – Enter a brief description of the form
  4. Click Create and you can find the newly created form.
