サブフローイベントを呼び出すと、独立したプロセスアプリを呼び出すことができます。たとえば、OTPがプロセスを認証して完了する必要があるローン／クレジットカード支払い要求のプロセスアプリについて考えてみましょう。ここでは、OTP生成は任意のプロセスアプリがそれを呼び出すことができる独立したアプリケーションであり、OTPサブフローは、支払いプロセスを続行するために情報を親フローに送り返します。

サブフローを構成

プロセスフローでサブフローを構成するには、次のステップに従います。

1. 左側のペインに、タスクセクションが表示されます。このセクションからビルダーにサブフローステンシルをドラッグアンドドロップします。
2. サブフローステンシルをクリックして、サブフローウィンドウを開きます。
3. サブフローウィンドウで、次の詳細を入力します。
   1. 名前―サブフローの名前を入力します。
   2. プロセスアプリ―ドロップダウンリストからプロセスアプリを選択します。
   3. 条件の追加―プロセスフィールド、フォームフィールド、およびプロセスコンテキストに基づいて条件を定義します。
   4. トランジション―下のオプションの何れかを選択してください。
      • サブフローを開始します。完了したら、このステップに戻り、プロセスアプリの実行を再開します。変数を追加することもできます。
      • サブフローを開始し、プロセスアプリの実行を続行します。
      • 現在のプロセスアプリの実行を終了し、プロセスアプリをトリガーします。
4. サブフローウィンドウを閉じます。

하위 흐름 호출 이벤트를 통해 독립 프로세스 앱을 호출할 수 있습니다. 예를 들어, OTP가 프로세스를 인증 및 완료하는 데 필요한 대출/신용카드 결제 요청을 위한 프로세스 앱을 살펴보겠습니다. 여기서 OTP 생성은 모든 프로세스 앱에서 호출할 수 있는 독립적인 애플리케이션이 될 수 있으며 OTP 하위 흐름은 정보를 상위 흐름으로 다시 전송해 결제 프로세스를 계속합니다.

하위 흐름 설정

프로세스 흐름에서 하위 흐름을 설정하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요.

1. 왼쪽 창에서 작업 섹션을 찾을 수 있습니다. 이 섹션의 하위 흐름 스탠실을 빌더로 끌어서 놓습니다.
2. 하위 흐름 스텐실을 클릭하여 하위 흐름 창을 엽니다.
3. 하위 흐름 창에서 다음 세부 정보를 입력합니다.
   1. 이름 – 하위 흐름의 이름을 입력합니다.
   2. 프로세스 앱 – 드롭다운 목록에서 프로세스 앱을 선택합니다.
   3. 조건 추가 – 프로세스 필드, 양식 필드 및 프로세스 컨텍스트를 기반으로 조건을 정의할 수 있습니다.
   4. 전환 – 아래 옵션 중 하나를 선택합니다.
      • 하위 흐름을 시작합니다. 완료되면 이 단계로 돌아가서 프로세스 앱 실행을 재개합니다. 변수를 추가할 수도 있습니다.
      • 하위 흐름을 시작하고 프로세스 앱 실행을 계속합니다.
      • 현재 프로세스 앱 실행을 종료하고 프로세스 앱을 트리거합니다.
4. 하위 흐름 창을 닫습니다.

Call a Subflow event allows you to invoke an independent process app. For example, let us consider process apps for loan/credit card payment requests which require OTP to authenticate and complete the process. Here, the OTP generation can be an independent application where any process app can invoke it and the OTP subflow will send the information back to the parent flow to continue the payment process.

Configure a Subflow

To configure a Subflow in the process flow, follow the below steps:

1. On the left pane, you can find the Tasks section. Drag and drop the Subflow stencil from this section to the builder.
2. Click the Subflow stencil to open the Subflow window.
3. On the Subflow window, enter the following details:
   1. Name – Enter a name for the subflow.
   2. Process App – Select a Process App from the drop-down list.
   3. Add a Condition – Define conditions based on Process Fields, Form Fields, and Process Context.
   4. Transitions – Select any of the below options:
      • Initiate the subflow. Once complete, return to this step and resume process app execution. You can also add variables.
      • Initiate the subflow and continue with the process app execution.
      • End the current process app execution and trigger the process app.
4. Close the Subflow window.
