プロセスアプリのセルフサービスポータルは、情報を提供し、ユーザーがリクエストのステータスを確認できるようにしています。デジタルフォームのみをトリガーとしたプロセスアプリは、ポータルで利用できるようになります。

セルフサービスポータルへのアクセス

管理者がエンドユーザーをポータルに追加すると、エンドユーザーにセルフサービスポータルにアクセスするためのリンクを記載したメール通知が送信されます。エンドユーザーは、セルフサービスポータルにログインした後、ホームページですべてのリクエストを見つけることができます。デジタルフォームをトリガーとしたプロセスアプリのみが表示されます。

マイリクエスト

セルフサービスポータルのマイリクエストタブでは、あなたのすべてのプロセスアプリのリクエストの概要が表示されます。リクエスト名、送信者、リクエスト日およびステータスなど、リクエストの詳細を確認できます。検索バーでは、リクエストを検索することができ、また、カレンダーを使用して特定期間のリクエストを絞り込むこともできます。あなたのリクエストにアクセスするには、以下の手順に従います。

  1. セルフサービスポータルにログインすると、ホーム画面が表示されます。
  2. 左側のペインで マイリクエストをクリックします。
  3. 特定期間のリクエストをフィルタリングするには、上部の カレンダーアイコンをクリックして日付を選択します。

リクエストステータスを表示

リクエストのステータスを表示するには、以下の手順に従います。

  1. 左側のペインで マイリクエストをクリックします。
  2. 「マイリクエスト」ページでは、自分のリクエストのリストを見ることができます。
  3. リクエストをクリックすると、その「リクエスト」ウィンドウが開きます。
  4. 「リクエスト」ウィンドウで、リクエストのステータスを確認することができます。

タスク

タスクとは、リクエストのステータスを指します。プロセスアプリのセルフサービスポータルでは、左側のペインにタスクが表示されます。ここでは、タスクが4つに分類されています。

  • 保留中 – あなたの保留中のリクエストすべてが表示されます。
  • 期限切れ – 期限切れのリクエストがすべて表示されます。
  • エスカレート済み – エスカレート済みのリクエストがすべて表示されます。
  • 完了 – 完了したリクエストがすべて表示されます。

「タスク」ページでは、デジタルフォームも表示できます。フォームを表示するには、以下の手順に従います。

  1. タスクタブをクリックします。例として、保留中のタスクについて検討しましょう。
  2. タスクをポイントし、省略記号アイコンをクリックします。
  3. フォームを表示をクリックします。

프로세스 앱의 셀프서비스 포털은 정보를 제공하며 사용자는 요청 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다. 디지털 양식만 트리거로 사용하는 프로세스 앱은 포털에서 사용할 수 있습니다.

셀프서비스 포털 접근

관리자가 포털에 최종 사용자를 추가한 후, 셀프서비스 포털에 접근할 수 있는 링크가 포함된 이메일 알림이 최종 사용자에게 전송됩니다. 최종 사용자는 셀프서비스 포털에 로그인한 후, 페이지에서 모든 요청을 확인할 수 있습니다. 디지털 양식만 트리거로 사용하는 프로세스 앱이 표시됩니다.

내 요청

셀프서비스 포털의 내 요청 탭에서는 모든 프로세스 앱 요청에 대한 개요를 제공합니다. 요청 이름, 제출 방법, 요청 날짜상태와 같은 요청 세부 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다. 검색바를 사용하여 요청을 검색할 수 있으며 달력을 사용하여 특정 기간의 요청을 필터링할 수도 있습니다. 요청에 접근하려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

  1. 셀프서비스 포털에 로그인하면, 홈페이지로 이동합니다.
  2. 왼쪽 창에서, 내 요청을 클릭합니다.
  3. 특정 기간의 요청을 필터링하려면, 상단의 달력 아이콘을 클릭하여 날짜를 선택합니다.

요청 상태 보기

요청 상태를 보려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

  1. 왼쪽 창에서, 내 요청을 클릭합니다.
  2. 내 요청 페이지에서, 요청 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다.
  3. 요청을 클릭하면 요청 창이 열립니다.
  4. 요청 창에서, 요청의 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.

작업

작업은 요청의 상태를 나타냅니다. 프로세스 앱의 셀프서비스 포털에서, 왼쪽 창에서 작업을 확인할 수 있습니다. 여기서, 작업은 네 가지로 분류됩니다:

  • 보류 중 – 보류 중인 모든 요청을 표시합니다.
  • 지연됨 – 모든 지연된 요청을 표시합니다.
  • 보고됨 – 보고된 모든 요청을 표시합니다.
  • 완료됨 – 완료된 모든 요청을 표시합니다.

작업 페이지에서, 디지털 양식을 볼 수도 있습니다. 양식을 보려면, 다음 단계를 따르세요:

  1. 작업 탭을 클릭합니다. 예를 들어, 보류 중 작업을 고려해 보겠습니다.

Process App’s self-service portal offers information and allows users to check their request status. Process Apps that have only digital forms as a trigger will be available in the portal.

Access Self-service Portal

After the Admin adds end-users to the portal, an email notification is sent to end-users with the link to access the self-service portal. After end-users log in to the self-service portal, they can find all their requests on the Home page. Process Apps only with Digital Forms as a trigger will be displayed.

My Requests

My Requests tab in the self-service portal gives an overview of all your Process App requests. You can find the details of your requests like Request Name, Submitted Via, Requested On, and Status. The search bar allows you to search your requests and you can also use the calendar to filter your requests for a particular period.

To access your requests, follow the below steps:

  1. After you log in to your self-service portal, it lands you on the Home page.
  2. On the left pane, click My Requests.
  3. To filter your requests for a particular period, click the calendar icon on the top to choose the date.

View Request Status

To view the request status, follow the below steps:

  1. On the left pane, click My Requests.
  2. On the My Requests page, you can find the list of your requests.
  3. Click on the request to open that request window.
  4. On the request window, you can find the status of your request.

Tasks

Tasks refer to the status of your requests. In the Process App’s self-service portal, you can find the tasks on the left pane. Here, tasks are classified into four:

  • Pending – It displays all your pending requests.
  • Overdue – It displays all your overdue requests.
  • Escalated – It displays all your escalated requests.
  • Completed – It displays all your completed requests.

On the tasks page, you can also view the digital forms. To view a form, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on a task tab. For example, let us consider pending tasks.
  2. Hover over the task and click the ellipsis icon.
  3. Click View Form.
