RELEASE NOTES

Kore.ai Beta Features

Time and again you would have seen this symbol, , next to some of the Kore.ai Bot Builder features, and must have wondered about it. In this page, we explain its meaning and implications.

implies that the feature thus marked is a Beta feature. It is a feature that we couldn’t wait to get your feedback on. We’re providing you early access, even though there could still be bugs, unfinished work, or rough edges. This means that our product and team is still actively working on and your feedback would go a long way in shaping the feature to perfection.

Good things about a Beta feature:

Even though the feature might have a few bugs, it will not affect your bot performance. The rest of the functionality would work just the same without any adverse impact. You can try the Beta feature without any apprehensions. In case you do not like what you get, you can revert the changes with no impact to the rest of the bot functionality.

Points to remember about a Beta feature:

  • Beta features and products are likely to change in future releases, depending on the feedback.
  • Beta features and products may be incomplete and future releases may include more functionality to complete the feature.
  • Beta features and products may introduce changes in future releases and we always strive to achieve backward compatibility.

As always your thoughts and feedback are very valuable to us. Write to us support@kore.ai to let us know how you liked (or hated) the feature and how we can improve it.
