Subscription Plans

The Kore.ai Platform supports e-commerce journeys for subscriptions to various plans. It supports a pay-as-you-go model where you can start using the platform with free sessions. After the free sessions, you can reload your accounts with reasonable amounts (starting from $100), and be charged only for the consumed sessions.

Usage Plans

The platform offers plans based on the Pay-as-you-go model. You can pay only for what you use in these plans and can purchase additional usage sessions by reloading your account. The Pay-as-you-go model is comprised of four plans:

  • Basic Plan
  • Standard Plan
  • Enterprise Plan
  • Free to Try Plan

Basic Plan

The Basic plan is aimed to serve users who only need FAQs/Knowledge Graph-based bots. This plan does not support Dialog Tasks and other types of tasks.

Standard Plan

This is the recommended plan for all users. It includes all the features available on the platform except enterprise features like AD SyncThe usage limits will be more conservative when compared to the Enterprise plan.

Enterprise Plan

This plan includes access to all the platform features and is targeted to serve enterprise users. It provides better usage and rate limits when compared to Basic and Standard plans.

Free to Try Plan

The Free to Try plan is essentially the Enterprise plan but with free sessions. This plan is aimed at encouraging the users to explore the platform features before they make a purchase.

Support Plans

Kore.ai offers plans for technical support for resolving any of the defects and queries. Support plans are assigned to an individual bot and are independent of usage plans. It is comprised of four plans:

  • Free Support Plan
  • Default Support Plan
  • Standard Plan
  • Enterprise Plan

Free Support Plan

The Free Support Plan applies for bots that are not yet published and for bots that are published under free sessions.

Basic Plan

This is the default support plan for all the paid bots.

Standard Plan

This plan includes video conference support and better SLAs when compared to the Basic plan.

Enterprise Plan

This plan is targeted to serve enterprise users. It provides better support and SLAs when compared to Basic and Standard plans.

Plan Details

The following table lists offerings under the above-mentioned plans

Plan Implementation

Most of the abovementioned restrictions are implemented while publishing the bot, not at the design time. For example, you are free to add as many FAQs as you want in a given bot but will not be able to publish more than 500 (under basic plan) FAQs.

The following restrictions are enforced at the bot development phase:

  • Universal Bots
  • Max. Test Cases per Batch Test Suite
  • Dashboards – Custom Widgets
  • Date range for Analytics
  • Versions (History)
  • IVR Sandbox
  • AD Sync
  • Data Retention
  • Cloud Connector
