After you complete testing and fine-tuning use cases and other SmartAssist settings, you are now ready to make your SmartAssist application available to your customers. 

The deployment option allows you to publish your use cases so that customers can access SmartAssist. Before deployment, you must set up incoming and outgoing including phone lines and agent transfers. Refer to the Settings section for details.

Any changes to Conversations must be deployed from the Virtual Assistant platform.

You can review and select the changes you want to deploy. Changes include updates made to the Q&As, default messages and settings, and SDK preferences.
