After you design experience flows , you can add delivery channels that end-users use to access and interact with your flow when it is deployed. For example, you can allow interaction through an email address or a Twilio SMS account. You can also enable your flow in third-party applications such as Facebook or Slack.


In the available channels, click on any channel and follow the given Instructions, to configure. For example , on clicking WhatsApp Business Messaging  the following window is displayed.
