- The Free Plan and Standard Plan are available only in the global cloud instance (https://bots.kore.ai/)
- The Enterprise Plan is available in all the global as well as the regional (EU and JP) instances
- If you have an Enterprise Account, then the virtual assistants in your account are automatically assigned with an Enterprise Plan.
