To test your SmartAssist, follow the below steps:

  1. On the right bottom corner, click on the Testing icon.

  2. A Test your flow panel with Live and All flows tabs is displayed.
  3. Under Live,  Call and Chat options are displayed.
  4. Under All flows you can choose any of the published flows to test.
  5. Click Call. The following screen is displayed.
  6. Click on the phone number you want to test, from the list of the displayed numbers to trigger the call automatically and test the call experience.
  7. Click Chat to test the chat experience.
  8. On the chat window, enter the text message.
  9. You can enter your queries and test the dialog tasks.
