To test your SmartAssist, follow the below steps:
- On the right bottom corner, click on the Testing icon.
- A Test your flow panel with Live and All flows tabs is displayed.
- Under Live, Call and Chat options are displayed.
- Under All flows you can choose any of the published flows to test.
- Click Call. The following screen is displayed.
- Click on the phone number you want to test, from the list of the displayed numbers to trigger the call automatically and test the call experience.
- Click Chat to test the chat experience.
- On the chat window, enter the text message.
- You can enter your queries and test the dialog tasks.
