Process App’s self-service portal offers information and allows users to check their request status. Process Apps that have only digital forms as a trigger will be available in the portal.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Access Self-service Portal<\/strong><\/h4>\n

After the Admin adds end-users to the portal, an email notification is sent to end-users with the link to access the self-service portal. After end-users log in to the self-service portal, they can find all their requests on the Home<\/strong> page. Process Apps only with Digital Forms<\/em> as a trigger will be displayed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

My Requests<\/strong><\/h4>\n

My Requests<\/em> tab in the self-service portal gives an overview of all your Process App requests. You can find the details of your requests like Request Name, Submitted Via, Requested On, <\/em>and Status<\/em>. The search bar allows you to search your requests and you can also use the calendar<\/em> to filter your requests for a particular period.<\/p>\n

To access your requests, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. After you log in to your self-service portal, it lands you on the Home page.<\/li>\n
  2. On the left pane, click My Requests<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. To filter your requests for a particular period, click the calendar<\/strong> icon on the top to choose the date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

    View Request Status<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    To view the request status, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

    1. On the left pane, click My Requests<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. On the My Requests page, you can find the list of your requests.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on the request to open that request window.<\/li>\n
    4. On the request window, you can find the status of your request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Tasks<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Tasks refer to the status of your requests. In the Process App’s self-service portal, you can find the tasks on the left pane. Here, tasks are classified into four:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Pending – It displays all your pending requests.<\/li>\n
      • Overdue – It displays all your overdue requests.<\/li>\n
      • Escalated – It displays all your escalated requests.<\/li>\n
      • Completed – It displays all your completed requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        On the tasks page, you can also view the digital forms. To view a form, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n

        1. Click on a task tab. For example, let us consider pending<\/em> tasks.<\/li>\n
        2. Hover over the task and click the ellipsis<\/strong> icon.<\/li>\n
        3. Click View Form<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>
