You must have a Kore.ai platform account to get started with the Process App. To access and set up the Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the Process Apps with valid credentials.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the landing page, you can set up your process app by selecting any of the below options:<\/span>\n

    1. Explore Store<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Start from Scratch<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. To start from the store, click <\/span>Explore Store<\/b>. <\/span>You can view, explore, and install the Process App that suits your business needs.<\/span> Once you have accessed the Process App store, follow the below steps to explore the various templates offered:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • You can <\/span>filter<\/b> the process apps based on the following criteria:<\/span>\n
            \n
          • Domains <\/b>like Administration, Banking, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and more.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Features <\/b>like Branching and Merging, Complex Process Flows, Conditional Flow Switch, and more. You can select multiple features.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Channels <\/b>for deployment like Email, MS Teams, Slack, API, and WorkAssist. You can selec<\/span>t multiple channels.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • You can <\/span>sort<\/b> the template process apps based on:<\/span>\n
              \n
            • Number of installations<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Recency<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Alphabetically<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Hover over a template process app to <\/span>preview<\/b> its features like:<\/span>\n
                \n
              • Name, icon, and summary of the process app.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Associated features, complexity, the channels of deployment, and the number of downloads.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • On the preview display, click <\/span>Explore<\/b> for more details like:<\/span>\n
                  \n
                • A <\/span>video<\/b> that explains the process app\u2019s features.<\/span><\/li>\n
                • You can find two sections that give:<\/span>\n
                    \n
                  • Overview<\/b> \u2013 This section gives a summary of the template process app and the features available in this process app.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Technical Specifications<\/b> \u2013 This section gives a detailed overview of the technical aspects of the process app like data source, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • On the right column, you can find:<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Category<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>complexity<\/span><\/i> of the process app.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • The number of times the process app was downloaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • The list of <\/span>channels,<\/span><\/i> languages,<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>integrations<\/span><\/i> (if any) supported.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • The <\/span>Related Apps<\/span><\/i> section for the process app is similar to the selected template process app.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • After exploring the process app, if required, you can click <\/span>Install<\/b> to install the Process App.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • You are prompted to log in to your Kore.ai account, if not logged in already.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • If you do not have a valid Kore.ai account, you can create it now.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1. To start from scratch, click <\/span>Start from Scratch<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n

                      1. On the Basic Setup dialog box, enter a name in the <\/span>Process Name<\/b> field. For example, Leave Request.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      2. Enter a short description in the <\/span>Description <\/b>field.<\/span><\/li>\n
                      3. Click <\/span>Proceed <\/b>to start accessing the application.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>
