You can find the details of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">instances, tasks, usage metrics, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">task trends on the dashboard<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. You can also filter the data based on a period (24 hours, 7 days, custom date). The dashboard refreshes every 10 seconds and you can also change the refresh time from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Instances<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Instances section gives a detailed overview of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">completed, active, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">failed<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> instances. The count of completed, active, and failed instances is displayed, and clicking on respective tabs give you the data for the selected period.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Completed Instances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; All process app instances that are completed are displayed with the number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Active Instances<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; All process app instances that are currently under execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Failed Instances <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; All process app instances that are failed are displayed under this category.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Tasks<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Tasks section gives a detailed overview of the pending, overdue, and escalated tasks. This graph showcases the average instance duration, successful instances, and failed instances. It also allows you to view the instance trends for a particular period. You can use the calendar to set the start and end dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Triggers Split by Type<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Triggers Split by Type<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is a pie chart representation of different types of triggers used in your Process App. It also allows you to view the types of triggers used in a particular period. You can use the calendar to set the start and end dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Import<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To import a Process App from the dashboard, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Import<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on the top-right and it<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">lands you on the <\/span><b>Import &amp; Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import &amp; Export page, by default, the <\/span><b>Import <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import page, configure the following details:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>App icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Upload an app icon for your imported app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Definition File<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Choose a process definition file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Config File<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Choose a process configuration file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Import<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Importing replaces the current app with the configurations available in the import file. Any additional configurations present in this app would be removed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Export<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To export a Process App from the dashboard, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Export <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on the top-right and it lands you on the <\/span><b>Import &amp; Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import &amp; Export page, by default, the <\/span><b>Import <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab is selected. Click the <\/span><b>Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Export page, select any of the following options:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Published <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; If selected, it exports published versions of forms, flow, and settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Latest Versions <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; If selected, it exports the latest version.
