For example, let us consider your co-developer has built a Process App and you want the same to be created in your instance. In this case, you can export your co-developers Process App as a zip file that consists of configuration and process definition files and import it into your instance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To import a Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the <\/span><b>Settings <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By default, the <\/span><b>General Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the left pane, click <\/span><b>Import &amp; Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import &amp; Export page, by default, the <\/span><b>Import <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import page, configure the following details:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>App icon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Upload an app icon for your imported app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Definition File<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Choose a process definition file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Config File<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; Choose a process configuration file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Import<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>On the Process App Import dialog box, you can find the details.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Begin Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the corresponding dialog box, you can find the status of the import. You can also download the <em>Import Logs<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h4><b>Export App<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The export option allows you to <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">export a published or latest version of your Process App. You can export your Process App as a zip file and share it with your co-developers. The exported zip file consists of configuration and process definition files.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To export a Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the <\/span><b>Settings <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By default, the <\/span><b>General Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the left pane, click <\/span><b>Import &amp; Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Import &amp; Export page, by default, the <\/span><b>Import <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab is selected. Click the <\/span><b>Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Export page, select any of the following options:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Published <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; If selected, it exports published versions of forms, flow, and settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Latest Versions <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; If selected, it exports the latest version. Only the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">in-development<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> version is included.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Export<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_blue\"><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>Importing replaces the current app with the configurations available in the import file.
