The <\/span>Members and Roles<\/b> option allows you to invite new users, manage users and their roles so that they can contribute to your project. For example, let us consider you are creating a Process App. There are a few tasks involved in the creation of a Process App and you want your co-developers to work on those tasks. In this scenario, you can use this feature to invite your co-developers to work on tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Invite New User\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

To invite a new user, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click the <\/span>Settings <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the left pane, click <\/span>Members and Roles<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. On the Members and Roles page, click <\/span>Invite New User<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. On the Invite New User window, enter the following details:<\/span>\n

    1. Email ID – Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Group – Select the group from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Role – Assign a role for the new user from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>Invite<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Manage Users and Roles<\/b><\/h4>\n

      To manage users and their roles, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. On the Members and Roles page, you can find the list of users.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click on the user to view their roles and permission.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Hover over the user and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon > <\/span>Change Owner<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. On the corresponding window, update the following details:<\/span>\n

        1. Member <\/b>– Select a user from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Role <\/b>– Select a role for the current user from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3.
