You can perform the following actions on the form:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Edit <\/span><\/i>a Form<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use the <\/span>Branding <\/span><\/i>option to customize a form<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Test <\/span><\/i>a form<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Clone <\/span><\/i>a form<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Delete <\/span><\/i>a form<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Edit a Form<\/b><\/h4>\n

    To edit a form, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click the <\/span>Forms <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. On the Forms page, you can find the list of forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Hover over the form you want to edit and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Select <\/span>Edit <\/b>from the list of actions.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. On the Form page, you can perform the following actions:<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Component Listing<\/b> is used to select and add components to the Form by simple drag and drop action.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Use <\/span>View Toggler<\/b> to switch between <\/span>Desktop View<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>Mobile View<\/span><\/i>.<\/b><\/li>\n
      3. Use the <\/span>Handle Bar<\/b> of each of the components to change its location by a simple drag and drop action.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Use <\/span>Form Actions<\/b> to:<\/span>\n
          \n
        1. Test<\/b> the form to preview the Digital Form in the Process App.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Delete<\/b> the Form.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Change the Form <\/span>Settings<\/b> like name, display name, and description.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        4. Use the <\/span>Component Actions<\/b> to access the <\/span>Settings<\/b>, <\/span>Duplicate<\/b>, and <\/span>Delete<\/b> the component.<\/span><\/li>\n
        5. You can change the components\u2019 properties from the <\/span>Component Settings popup window<\/b>:<\/span>\n

          1. Use the <\/span>Component Docker<\/span><\/i> to dock\/undock the settings pane to the screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Use the Component Selector<\/i> to navigate through the components on the Form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

            Customize a Form (Branding)<\/b><\/h4>\n

            The Branding option allows you to change the appearance of the form to reflect your organization\u2019s standards. An instant preview gives you an overview of the appearance with new colors. You can also <\/span>Save<\/b> or <\/span>Restore <\/b>the Default<\/b> scheme.<\/span><\/p>\n

            To make branding changes, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Click the <\/span>Forms <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. On the Forms page, you can find the list of forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. Hover over the form you want to make branding changes and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. Select <\/span>Branding <\/b>from the list of actions.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. On the corresponding page, you can find two columns: <\/span>Appearance <\/b>and <\/span>Preview<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
            6. On the appearance column, you can replace existing colors with different ones.<\/span><\/li>\n
            7. On the preview column, you can preview those changes.<\/span><\/li>\n
            8. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
            9. If you want to restore those colors to the original settings, click Restore Default<\/b> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

              Test a Form<\/b><\/h4>\n

              To test a form, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Click the <\/span>Forms <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
              2. On the Forms page, you can find the list of forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
              3. Hover over the form you want to test and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
              4. Select <\/span>Test <\/b>from the list of actions.<\/span><\/li>\n
              5. You can find the <\/span>preview <\/span><\/i>of the form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

                Clone a Form<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

                To clone a form, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Click the <\/span>Forms <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
                2. On the Forms page, you can find the list of forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
                3. Hover over the form you want to clone and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                4. Select <\/span>Clone <\/b>from the list of actions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                5. A copy of the form is created.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>

                  Delete a Form<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

                  To delete a form, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. Click the <\/span>Forms <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  2. On the Forms page, you can find the list of forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  3. Hover over the form you want to delete and click the <\/span>vertical ellipsis<\/b> icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
                  4. Select <\/span>Delete <\/b>from the list of actions to delete the form.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>
