Callable Triggers refer to the triggers invoked from another process app. For example, let us consider <\/span>Process App A <\/span><\/i>which is already designed and <\/span>Process App B<\/span><\/i> that uses a callable trigger. In the above example, it is not defined which flow triggers <\/span>Process App B<\/span><\/i>. Instead, a <\/span>call a subflow<\/span><\/i> task is added in <\/span>Process App A<\/span><\/i> to trigger <\/span>Process App B<\/span><\/i>. After the invocation task is added, the system automatically links these two flows and adds <\/span>Process App A<\/span><\/i> as a trigger to <\/span>Process App B<\/span><\/i>. On the Callable Triggers window, you can see the name of <\/span>Process App A<\/span><\/i> (as a trigger) and any other triggers\/process applications that trigger <\/span>Process App B<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Configure Callable Trigger<\/b><\/h4>\n

To configure a Callable Trigger, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. After you log in to the Process App, it lands you on the <\/span>Flow <\/b>tab.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the right pane, click <\/span>Callable <\/b>under <\/span>Triggers<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the Callable Trigger window, by default, the <\/span>Variables <\/b>tab is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. On the Variables page, click <\/span>+ Variable <\/b>to add process variables. Variables allow you to use data from bots across your process app flow.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select a <\/span>Data Type<\/b> (String, Boolean, Number, Date) from the drop-down list.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Similarly, you can add multiple variables with different data types.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click the <\/span>Process App<\/b> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. You can find the Process Apps. Select a Process App to trigger this workflow.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10.
