You can use this information to asses the bot usage and subscribe to the appropriate plans. You can also view and download previous invoices.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Plans_Usage\"><\/span>Plans &amp; Usage<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To view the current plan and the usage data, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log on to the<b>\u00a0Bot Builder<\/b> and select the Bot<\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Manage<\/strong> tab from the top menu<\/li>\n<li>From the left menu click\u00a0<strong>Plan &amp; Usage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The Plan &amp; Usage page will show the current plan, credits and sessions available<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210723123218\/manage_planinvoice.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28796\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210723123218\/manage_planinvoice.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>You can:\n<ul>\n<li>view the billing sessions consumed for a bot in a given period from the Bot Builder<\/li>\n<li>filter the billing sessions based on:\n<ul>\n<li>Date (1 Week, 2 Weeks, 4 Weeks) &#8211; count per day<\/li>\n<li>Month (1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months) &#8211; count per month<\/li>\n<li>Custom &#8211; choose a date period &#8211; count per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>export the billing sessions into a CSV format<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Further, you have an option to:\n<ul>\n<li>Change plans, <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-management\/subscription-plans\/#Plan_Details\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refer here for plan details<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Reload the current account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enterprise accounts do not have the option to change payment or reload. You need to contact the support team for any assistance.<\/li>\n<li>You will be directed to the payment page with various payment options to choose from and complete the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_Usage\"><\/span>Support Usage<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Apart from the bot usage plan, you can also view the support plan details.
