The purpose of the store <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is to enable you as a bot developer to explore the bot&#8217;s capabilities and import them into their accounts. Only <em>Template\u00a0Bots<\/em> are available in the store and by visiting the store you can explore all these bots. You must have a Kore.ai platform account to install the template bots.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Access_Store\"><\/span>Access Store<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are different ways you can access the store. You can access the store from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store<\/li>\n<li>Kore.ai Platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Store<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botstore\/\">https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botstore\/<\/a> to access the store.<\/li>\n<li>You can view, explore, and install all the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bots available in the store.<\/li>\n<li>The templates are categorized based on the product they are applicable to like the Kore.ai Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Kore.ai Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Kore.ai platform user, you can access the store from within the platform.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the Kore.ai platform with valid credentials.<\/li>\n<li>On the landing page, you can find the <strong>Explore Store<\/strong> button at the top right.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803121419\/botStore_Access.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28888\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803121419\/botStore_Access.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1361\" height=\"321\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Explore Store<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You can view, explore, and install the bots related to the Kore.ai platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Explore_Bots\"><\/span>Explore Bots<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can explore the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bots before installing them. The explore option allows you to get an overview of the bots including the technical specifications, supported channels, integrations, and languages.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have accessed the bot store, follow the below steps to explore the various templates offered:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You can <strong>filter<\/strong> the bots based on the following criteria:\n<ul>\n<li>Domains like customer service, HR, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and more.<\/li>\n<li>Features like NLU concepts Digital Views, IVR integration, Omnichannel experience, and more. You can select multiple features.<\/li>\n<li>Integrations like Salesforce, etc. You can select multiple integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Channels for deployment like Email, Facebook Messenger, Twilio, etc. You can select multiple channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You can <strong>sort<\/strong> the template bots based on:\n<ul>\n<li>Number of installations<\/li>\n<li>Recency<\/li>\n<li>Alphabetically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Hover over a <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bot to <strong>preview<\/strong> its features like:\n<ol>\n<li>Name, icon, and summary of the bot.<\/li>\n<li>Associated features, complexity, the channels of deployment, and the number of downloads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the preview display, click <strong>Explore<\/strong> for more details like:\n<ol>\n<li>A <strong>video<\/strong> that explains the bot&#8217;s features.<\/li>\n<li>You can find two sections that give:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Overview<\/strong> &#8211; This section gives a summary of the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bot and the features available in this bot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Specifications<\/strong> &#8211; This section gives a detailed overview of the technical aspects of the bot like data source, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the right column, you can find:\n<ol>\n<li><em>Category<\/em> and <em>complexity<\/em> of the bot.<\/li>\n<li>The number of times the bot was downloaded.<\/li>\n<li>The list of <em>channels,<\/em> <em>languages,<\/em> and <em>integrations<\/em> (if any) supported.<\/li>\n<li>The <em>Related Bots<\/em> section for bots similar to the selected <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>After exploring the bot, if required, you can click <strong>Install<\/strong> to install the bot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803122041\/botStore_Explore.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28891\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803122041\/botStore_Explore.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Install_Bots\"><\/span>Install Bots<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Install refers to importing the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">template <\/span>bots into your account. You can install template bots from the store and Kore.ai platform.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have explored and selected a template bot, follow the below steps to install the same into your bot&#8217;s account:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Installing from Bot store:\n<ol>\n<li>Visit the bot store, explore the template bots and click <strong>Install<\/strong> on the selected templated bot.<\/li>\n<li>You are prompted to log in to your Kore.ai account, if not logged in already.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not have a valid Kore.ai account, you can create it now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Installing from Kore.ai platform,\n<ol>\n<li>Login to the Kore.ai platform with valid credentials.<\/li>\n<li>From the landing page, you can visit the Templates page by:\n<ul>\n<li>Clicking the <strong>Explore Bots<\/strong> banner.<\/li>\n<li>Selecting the <strong>Start from the Store<\/strong> option under\u00a0<strong>+ New Bot<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Explore the template bots and click <strong>Install<\/strong> against the selected templated bot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>Configure Sample Bot<\/strong> window appears on the Bot Summary page.<\/li>\n<li>You can continue with the configuration or choose to set up the bot later. If you don&#8217;t want to set it up immediately, just close the configure window. The option to set it up is available next to the bot name later.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803122121\/botStore_Setup.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28894\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210803122121\/botStore_Setup.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1363\" height=\"69\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>On the Configure Sample Bot window, by default, the <strong>Instructions <\/strong>tab is selected and you can find the installation instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Bot Settings<\/strong> page:\n<ol>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Bot Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select an <strong>icon<\/strong>:\n<ol>\n<li>Generic bot icon<\/li>\n<li>Custom icon &#8211; Upload a file with the custom icon<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next\/Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Setup Bot Variables<\/strong> page, enter the corresponding values for the variable names. These are the values that the bot needs for its execution like authorization tokens or API keys.
