End-users can view the widgets either on mobile devices or on the desktop, and can also swiftly take any follow-up actions by directly conversing with your bots. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/panels-widgets\/\">Learn more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Storyboard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Converting business processes into conversational flows is a very critical step in designing a successful virtual assistant. This requires very close collaboration between business analysts, natural language experts, bot developers, and business owners. In the future, we would be deprecating the \u2018language selection time frame\u2019 option as the bot would automatically handle any change in the language with the introduction of this feature. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/multi-lingual\/building-multi-language-bots\/#Language_Detection_and_Selection\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge Graph<\/strong> Enhancements:\n<ul>\n<li>You can now opt to use the <em>Bot Synonyms and concepts in Knowledge Graph intent detection<\/em>. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/nlp\/knowledge-graph\/#Synonyms\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Currently, the questions in the Knowledge Graph are defined as plain text questions. You had to use synonyms or alternate questions to accommodate variations. With this release, <em>pattern syntax can be used in defining questions<\/em>, the KG engine would prefer the \u2018pattern match\u2019 FAQs over the regular text FAQ matches and these would be considered as a \u2018Definite\u2019 match. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/knowledge-task\/creating-a-knowledge-graph\/#Adding_FAQs\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The <em>Knowledge Graph Inspect tool<\/em> is enhanced to show the results better classified as errors &#8211; need immediate action; warnings &#8211; help improve intent detection; suggestions &#8211; for a better organization of Knowledge Graph. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/knowledge-task\/knowledge-ontology-analysis\/\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><em>Intent metrics and intent testing modules<\/em> are enhanced to show the details of the dialog tasks linked to FAQs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Whatsapp Business Messaging<\/strong> &#8211; Whatsapp Business Messaging channel can now be enabled with Infobip as the channel partner directly from the Bot Builder without the need to contact the Kore.ai support team. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/channel-enablement\/adding-the-whatsapp-business-messaging-channel\/\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel Enhancement<\/strong> &#8211; Enabling of <strong>Workplace By Facebook<\/strong> channel flow has been modified as per the changes implemented by Facebook. The flow allows for the authorization of the Kore.ai application to send and receive messages from the Workplace by Facebook channel. <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/channel-enablement\/adding-the-workplace-by-facebook-channel\/\">Learn more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Dashboard<\/strong> now allows you to use \u2018in\u2019 and \u2018not in\u2019 operators to define the Filter criteria. This release also includes other enhancements like support for quick date filters, support for \u2018<em>Task Type<\/em>\u2019 field, etc. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/custom-dashboard\/\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Improvements to intent detection in the German and French languages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Batch Test<\/strong> suites support has been increased from 1000 test cases to a maximum of 10000.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>debug logs<\/strong> have been enhanced to include the messages related to the interaction between the platform and BotKit. <a href=\"\/v7-2\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/bot-analysis\/#Debug_Log\">Learn More<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Currently, the platform supports Service Provider(SP) initiated SAML flow for Single-Sign-On authentication.
