To add the WhatsApp Business Messaging channel to your bot, you will need create an account on Infobip (messaging provider that enables the channel by providing single API for exchange of messages between the client and WhatsApp Business Messaging), collect a number and provide the webhook URL as generated by Kore.ai.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

To add the WhatsApp Business Messaging channel to a bot<\/b>
\nNOTE: To complete this procedure, you must already have a Infobip<\/em> account. This is one of the messaging provider for enabling WhatsApp Business Messaging.<\/p>\n

Before proceeding:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Login <\/a>to Infobip developer portal.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to Settings<\/strong> section under User Profile<\/strong> from the left navigation.

  3. Click the\u00a0View Assigned Numbers<\/em> link and note the\u00a0assigned number<\/strong>.
    \n    \"\"<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From the Bots platform:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. In the Bots<\/b> section of the Bot Builder, click the Bot that you want to add the Slack channel to.<\/li>\n
      2. On the Channels<\/b> tab, click the WhatsApp Business Messaging<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>icon. The WhatsApp Business Messaging<\/strong> Channel<\/b> page gets displayed.<\/li>\n
      3. Navigate to the Configurations<\/b> tab and enter the following fields:\n
          \n
        1. Phone Number<\/strong> – use the\u00a0Assigned Number<\/em> from the Infobip account;<\/li>\n
        2. Base URL<\/strong>: Get the Base URL <\/span>here<\/span><\/a> from Infobip to which Kore.ai should be sending the messages when the Whatsapp Business Messaging channel is enabled.<\/span><\/li>\n
        3. Username and Password<\/strong>: Infobip’s API requires authentication and uses the basic authorization for sending and receiving messages over the API.
          \nMake note of \u2018Username\u2019 and \u2018Password\u2019 of Infobip\u2019s account holder and provide them in the configuration tab of this page.<\/li>\n
        4. Webhook URL<\/strong>: Copy the webhook URL provided in the configuration tab and update the same on Infobip developer portal for Infobip to send the received messages from the subscriber (Whatsapp Business Messaging)

        5. Enable Channel <\/b>and complete the channel setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          NOTE: If you are using the development sandbox on Infobip, once the channel is enabled and published, you will need to send messages in the format \u201c<Keyword on infobip> <User input>\u201d Ex: Kore Hi<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

          <\/span>Editing the Channel<\/span><\/h1>\n

          To edit the channel, hover your mouse over the channel and click to modify. You can make necessary updates to your channel configurations and save them. You may also disable or delete the channel information by clicking the Settings icon.
          \n<\/b>Select one of the following commands to modify the channel:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Disable\/Enable<\/b> \u2013 Click Disable<\/b> to temporarily disable use of the Slack channel for your Bot. To enable the use of the Slack, click Enable<\/b>.<\/li>\n
          • Delete<\/b> \u2013 Click Delete<\/b>, and then click OK<\/b> in the Delete Confirmation<\/b> dialog to permanently delete the Bot channel configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Warning:<\/b> This operation is permanent, and cannot be undone.<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
