This page is your one-stop bot activity and bot user overview. It includes both interactive and non-interactive sessions. <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">See here for more details on sessions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Realtime_Status\"><\/span>Realtime Status<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The first section on the <em>Usage Metrics<\/em> page is <strong>Real-time Status<\/strong>. This gives an overview of your Bot usage at a given point in time. It is set to refresh every 30 secs, which can be customized from 10secs to 10 mins using the dropdown next to the Refresh button.<\/p>\n<p>The Realtime Status includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Active Users<\/strong> &#8211; number of users interacting with the Bot at that given moment in time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Channels<\/strong> &#8211; clicking the card expands the list of active channels along with the number of users using the channel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Agent Sessions<\/strong> &#8211; sessions that are in progress at a given instance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>Refresh <\/strong>button can be used to get the latest data.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210629060143\/analyze_realtimeStatus.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-28138\" src=\"https:\/\/s3-us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/kore-wordpress\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20210629060143\/analyze_realtimeStatus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1365\" height=\"237\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Other usage metrics give an idea regarding the bot&#8217;s performance in terms of the frequency of user interaction, channels of interaction, tasks performed, etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chat Session Records<\/strong>: By default, Bot usage metrics based on usage of the bot during the past 24 hours are displayed. You can customize the metrics displayed by the time period and bot selection. This will include all the sessions that are neither &#8216;agent transfer&#8217; sessions nor &#8216;drop-off&#8217; sessions;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drop-offs<\/strong> &#8211; These include sessions where the user exits the chat session abruptly. This will include all the sessions where the session has ended in any of the following scenarios:\n<ul>\n<li>The user was in the middle of a task execution;<\/li>\n<li>The last task ended as a Task Failure;<\/li>\n<li>The last interaction\/message resulted in an &#8216;intent not identified&#8217;
