If you do not have a user account, Kore.ai will create a user account for you, and you must validate that account before proceeding.<\/li>\n<li>Authorization to control the Bots\u00a0Admin account. Only one user in an account can be the primary Bots Admin. The Primary bot admin can add multiple other users as admin with custom defined permissions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Accessing_Admin_Console\"><\/span>Accessing Admin Console<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you have already registered and set up your account, you can log on to the Bots Admin Console directly from the Kore.ai <a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botstore\/\">Bot Store<\/a>. In such scenarios, you will be taken to your account bot admin console and asked to sign-in again.<\/p>\n<p>As a Bots Admin, you can enroll users, manage admin and custom roles, define security settings, and manage bots in your company. You can create groups of users and assign Bots to the groups as needed.\u00a0For <strong>managing groups<\/strong>, <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/user-management\/managing-your-groups\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">see here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Let us look at inviting and adding users to join your enterprise account. For this scenario, we will assume an example user, that Bob at <span class=\"Link_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">bob@koremessenger.com<\/span> has never signed up for Kore.ai Bots platform and is a company employee that you want to manage. To invite and allow Bob to use Bots, you&#8217;ll need to follow this process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Invite Bob to join Kore.ai by sending him an invite to join Kore.ai.<\/li>\n<li>Bob enrolls in Kore.ai using the link you sent in the invite. Using this link, Bob signs up and provides a password and other user info for his account.<\/li>\n<li>Once the sign-up process is complete, you can assign him to one or more bots.<\/li>\n<li>You can also assign various roles to the user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_Do_I_Do_It\"><\/span>How Do I Do It?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The following sections describe how to achieve the above-mentioned steps from the Bots Admin Console.<\/p>\n<h4>Step 1 &#8211; Inviting a New User<\/h4>\n<p>Let&#8217;s invite Bob to join Kore.ai.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"1\">On the left navigation menu, click to expand the <strong>Enrollment<\/strong> module, and then click\u00a0<strong>Invite<\/strong>. The <strong>Invite users to join Kore.ai<\/strong> page is displayed.<\/li>\n<li value=\"2\">Enter the email address of the user, in this case <span class=\"Link_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">bob@koremessenger.com<\/span>. You can send invitations to five users at\u00a0 a given time.<\/li>\n<li value=\"3\">Click <strong>Send Invitations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_invite_user.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22008\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_invite_user.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_invite_user.png 1366w, https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_invite_user-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_invite_user-1024x576.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1366px) 100vw, 1366px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>An email is sent to <span class=\"Link_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\" style=\"color: #0000ff;\">bob@koremessenger.com<\/span> with a link to sign up for Kore.ai. Bob clicks the link, signs up for Kore.ai, and becomes a user in your Kore.ai bots platform account and is ready to be assigned bots.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/user-management\/users-module-overview\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More on User Management<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Step 2 &#8211; Assigning a Custom Bot<\/h4>\n<p>As an Admin, you can assign users to custom Bots. Before you can assign a Bot to a user, the Bot should have been published to the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>For this example scenario, we assume that Bots have been published to your account.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Since this Bot was deployed for Enterprise use, it is displayed on the <strong>Enterprise Bots<\/strong> page, as shown in the following image.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_bot_assign.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22009\" src=\" \/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_bot_assign.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_bot_assign.png 1366w, https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_bot_assign-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/v9-0\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/BAC_bot_assign-1024x576.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1366px) 100vw, 1366px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Bot &amp; task assignments<\/strong> dialog, select <strong>Assign Bot&#8217;s tasks<\/strong> and then choose <strong>Assign individual users<\/strong>, select Bob from the list of users (you will see Bob&#8217;s name only after he has accepted the invitation and joined Kore.ai) and then click <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To save and apply the changes, in the <strong>Bot &amp; task assignments<\/strong> dialog, click <strong>Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the Bot Assignment successful dialog, click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/bots-management\/bot-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">More on Bots Management<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>Step 3 &#8211; Assigning a Role<\/h4>\n<p>You can assign Roles to the user. By default the roles of Master Admin, Bot Owner, Bot Developer and Bot Tester are created by the platform.
