Kore.ai provides integration for a built-in Stripe<\/em>\u00a0Bot\u00a0that you can use to display\u00a0message notifications and execute tasks directly\u00a0from the\u00a0Kore.ai application. To use the Stripe<\/em>\u00a0Bot, you just need to add the Bot to your Kore.ai account, and then configure the settings for the Bot, such as authentication to access Stripe<\/em>, and the\u00a0notification messages that you want. This topic describes the\u00a0Stripe<\/em>\u00a0built-in Bot\u00a0for Kore.ai.\u00a0For more information about other Kore.ai Bots, see Adding Bots<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/a>Configuring Stripe<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

To configure a Stripe<\/em> webhook for Kore.ai, you must have a Stripe<\/em>\u00a0account with administrator access as well as API access to configure a webhook. If you don’t, you’ll need to contact the\u00a0Stripe<\/em>\u00a0system administrator for\u00a0your company. For more information, see the Stripe Documentation<\/a>.
\nTo get started configuring the webhook in Stripe<\/em>, you’ll need two\u00a0things:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Kore.ai webhook URL provided when you set up an alert in your Kore.ai account for each alert that you want to enable in\u00a0Stripe<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  2. A valid Username and Password for an account with Stripe<\/em>\u00a0API access.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The webhook URL is account-specific and cannot be transferred to any other account. This means that if you configure a Stripe<\/em>\u00a0webhook using a test account, you will have to recreate the alert and get a new webhook URL to configure in Stripe<\/em>. The following URL is an example webhook URL.

    <\/span>Configuring Webhook<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    This procedure describes the steps in Stripe<\/em>\u00a0to configure a webhook using a Kore.ai webhook URL endpoint.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Log on to Stripe<\/em>, on the Your Account<\/strong> menu on the top menu bar, click\u00a0Account Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. On the Account Info<\/strong> dialog, on the top menu bar, click Webhooks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. On the Endpoints<\/strong> dialog, click Add Endpoint<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. In the Endpoint<\/strong> dialog, in the the URL<\/strong> field, enter the\u00a0Kore.ai webhook URL for the alert.<\/li>\n
    5. Set the Mode<\/strong> field to Live.<\/li>\n
    6. Select Send me all events<\/strong>, or select Select events<\/strong> to choose which events in Stripe<\/em> will initiate an alert message in Kore.ai.<\/li>\n
    7. Click Create Endpoint<\/strong>, and then in the Endpoints<\/strong> dialog, click Done<\/strong> to save the webhook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \nYou can setup message notifications to your Kore.ai account using a Stripe<\/em>\u00a0webhook. Click\u00a0\"\", click Get notified when…<\/strong>, click Stripe Updates<\/strong>, and then\u00a0in\u00a0the Setup Task\u00a0<\/strong>dialog:<\/p>\n
