Kore.ai provides integration for a built-in Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0Bot\u00a0that you can use to display\u00a0message notifications and execute tasks directly\u00a0from the\u00a0Kore.ai application. To use the Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0Bot, you just need to add the Bot to your Kore.ai account, and then configure the settings for the Bot, such as authentication to access Snap CI<\/em>, and the\u00a0notification messages that you want. This topic describes the Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0built-in Bot\u00a0for Kore.ai.\u00a0For more information about other Kore.ai Bots, see Adding Bots<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/a>Configuring Snap CI<\/span><\/h1>\n

To configure a <\/span>Snap CI<\/em> webhook for Kore.ai, you must have a <\/span>Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0account with administrator access as well as API access to configure a webhook. If you don’t, you’ll need to contact the <\/span>Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0system administrator for\u00a0your company. For more information, see the <\/span>Getting Started<\/a>\u00a0in the<\/span>Snap CI<\/em> documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

To get started configuring the webhook in Snap CI<\/em>, you’ll need two\u00a0things:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Kore.ai webhook URL provided when you set up an alert in your Kore.ai account for each alert that you want to enable in\u00a0Snap CI<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  2. A valid Username and Password for an account with Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0API access.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The webhook URL is account-specific and cannot be transferred to any other account. This means that if you configure a Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0webhook using a test account, you will have to recreate the alert and get a new webhook URL to configure in Snap CI<\/em>. The following URL is an example webhook URL.

    <\/span>Configuring Webhook<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    This procedure describes the steps in Snap CI<\/em>\u00a0to configure a webhook using a Kore.ai webhook URL endpoint.<\/p>\n

    1. Log on to Snap CI<\/em>, and then on the Your Builds<\/strong> page, select your repository that you want to add a webhook to, and then on the top menu bar, click Notifications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. On the Notifications<\/strong> page, on the lefthand navigation menu, click Webhook.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. In the Webhook URL<\/strong> dialog, in the URL<\/strong> field, enter the\u00a0Kore.ai webhook URL for the alert, and then click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
