With the outgoing configuration, you can perform the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Outgoing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Voice Agent Transfer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Outgoing Chat Agent Transfer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Outgoing_Voice_Agent_Transfer\"><\/span><b>Outgoing<\/b> <b>Voice Agent Transfer<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To configure outgoing voice agent transfer, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the left pane, click <\/span><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Settings page, by default, the <\/span><b>Incoming Setup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tab is selected. Click <\/span><b>Outgoing Setup<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Under the <\/span><b>Outgoing Voice Agent Transfer <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">section, you can select <\/span><b>Call Number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> or <\/span><b>SIP Transfer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Call Number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Call Number to Voice Agent window, enter the phone number in the <\/span><b>Transfer to Phone Number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>Done<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click <\/span><b>SIP Transfer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the SIP Transfer Settings window, by default, the <\/span><b>Configuration <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab is selected. Enter the <\/span><b>SIP Transfer URI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Under the <\/span><b>SIP Header Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> section, under <\/span><b>Additional Context<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, you can select:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Intent<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chat URL<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click<\/span><b> + Add Header<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to add a header.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can also enable the <\/span><b>User to User<\/b> <b>Interface <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">option.
