You can configure the following on your email channel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automated outgoing emails to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Skills assignment where email IDs are assigned to specific agent skills.<\/li>\n<li>The incoming and outgoing protocol, port, and email server.<\/li>\n<li>Auto-response text to address multiple open conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Design, header, and footer of the email template.<\/li>\n<li>Automation dialog mapping for the selected Bot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For configuring the Email channel, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the left pane, click\u00a0<b>Channels\u00a0<\/b>under\u00a0<b>SYSTEM SETUP<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Emails<\/strong> tab. Click the <strong>Email <\/strong>widget.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Email-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5043\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Email-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"697\" height=\"261\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. Enter the <strong>Email Address<\/strong>, <strong>Username<\/strong>, and <strong>Password<\/strong> details.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Addnewemail-1.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5049\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Addnewemail-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"673\" height=\"505\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5.
