Before deployment, you must set up <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">incoming <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">outgoing <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">including phone lines and agent transfers. Refer to the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Settings<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> section for details.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_blue with_icon\"><div class=\"w-message-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-info\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>Any changes to Conversations must be deployed from the Kore.ai Virtual Assistant platform.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can review and select the changes you want to deploy.
