You can simulate a phone call or a chat message and run through the required automation and deflection scenarios up until the pre-transfer messages. Along with the preview, you can see the chat log detailing, messages exchanged, and the intent identified and executed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-message color_blue with_icon\"><div class=\"w-message-icon\"><i class=\"fas fa-info\"><\/i><\/div><div class=\"w-message-body\"><p>You must deploy SmartAssist before you can start testing the Use Cases.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Following are the typical scenarios that you can test quickly using the testing feature:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Default_Experience\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Default Experience<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can set up defaults easily within SmartAssist.
