Automation Completed message is played when the user completes an automated use case or indicates the end of the conversation. <\/span>This message is available only for Phone experiences. <\/span><\/p>\n

This consists of two messages:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • What next message<\/b> – Indicating the completion of one use case and offering further assistance. You can add multiple messages to play in this category.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Goodbye<\/b> – Message at the end of the call. You can add multiple messages to play in this category.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

    <\/span>Configure Automation Completed<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    To configure Automation Completed, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. On the left pane, click <\/span>Defaults<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. On the Defaults page, under the <\/span>Phone Experiences <\/b>section, click <\/span>Automation Completed<\/b> card.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. On the <\/span>Automation Completed<\/b> window, you can find two messages (What next message and Goodbye).<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click the Edit <\/b>icon on the respective message to <\/span>edit<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Enter the required text message.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Click <\/span>Save<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. To add multiple messages, click <\/span>+ Add Another<\/b>. <\/span>\"\"
