To test your SmartAssist, follow the below steps:

  1. On the left pane, click Testing
  2. You can find a mobile unit with Call and Chat options displayed.
  3. Click Call to trigger the call automatically and test the call experience.
  4. Click Chat to test the chat experience.
    1. On the chat window, enter the text message.
    2. You can enter your queries and test the dialog tasks.
