You can also configure the widget in third-party solutions like Salesforce, Twilio, Avaya, Genesys, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Configure_Agent_Assist_Use_cases\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Configure Agent Assist Use cases<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigate to <\/span><b>Configuration <\/b>&gt; <b>Use Cases<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and then select the <\/span><b>Conversations <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tab.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><b>Payment dispute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> use case.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following screen appears:<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/agentassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/11\/Include_AA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5453\" src=\"https:\/\/multisite.korebots.com\/agentassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2022\/11\/Include_AA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"200\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. The agent takes inputs from the customer and helps him to place his order. The agent takes inputs from the customer and checks the transaction made from the account for the last three months. The agent shares the details of the transactions with the customer. The customer provides the exact transaction for which the dispute happened. The agent can use the override feature and give direct inputs to the bot to check the exact transaction details, without repeatedly asking for the same information from the customer.
