On the left pane, click <strong>System Setup &gt; Language &amp; Speech<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Lang.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5063\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/Lang.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"520\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Click the <strong>Supported Languages <\/strong>tab<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. In the <strong>Language<\/strong> panel, select the language and enable\/disable the corresponding <strong>ACCESS TO\u00a0<\/strong>field(s) that sets the access permission.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/language-accessto.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5066\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/language-accessto.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following <strong>ACCESS TO<\/strong> permissions are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agent<\/strong>: A specific agent that uses the selected language for customer interactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call Automation:<\/strong> The call automation flow that implements for the selected language.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat Automation: <\/strong>The chat automation flow that implements for the selected language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Select_a_Language\"><\/span>Select a Language<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To select a language for customer support, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Type the language in the search text area of the <strong>Language<\/strong> panel.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/type-language.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5069\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/type-language.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"352\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tap the language and set the agent and automation permissions under <strong>ACCESS TO<\/strong>. Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unselect_a_Language\"><\/span>Unselect a Language<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To unselect a language and its access flows, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n<p>1. Search the desired language using the search feature.<\/p>\n<p>2. Unselect the selected language by clicking the relevant checkbox. This disables the <strong>ACCESS TO<\/strong> permissions.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/unselect-lang-1.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5075\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/06\/unselect-lang-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"69\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3.
