On the left pane, click<strong> General Settings<\/strong> under <strong>Settings<\/strong> of the <strong>AGENT<\/strong> section. Under <strong>ACCESS TO<\/strong>, click the tab to select\/unselect one of the following options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Agent:<\/strong> To assign the selected language to an agent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Call Automation:<\/strong> To assign the selected language to a call automation flow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat Automation<\/strong>: To assign the selected language to a chat automation flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
