You can add a new status and edit or delete the existing statuses on this page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Add_Agent_Status\"><\/span>Add Agent Status<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>To add a new agent status, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. On the left pane, click <b>Agent Status<\/b> under <b>User Management<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click <strong>Add &amp; Exit<\/strong> to add the status and exit the window or click<strong> Add &amp; Stay<\/strong> to add the status and continue.<\/p>\n<p>5.
