This option is used for transferring calls to SmartAssist from a toll-free or local phone number using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)<\/em> in your IVR system.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/span>SIP Call Transfer Setup<\/span><\/h2>\n

This feature helps to set up the network IPs and domains, DID number, SIP transport protocol, and SIP credentials<\/em> (optional) while the SIP URI is pre-configured.<\/p>\n

To configure SIP Call Transfer, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. On the left pane, click\u00a0Channels\u00a0<\/b>under\u00a0SYSTEM SETUP<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. You will be taken to the\u00a0Voice<\/strong>\u00a0tab with\u00a0Phone Numbers<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SIP Transfer<\/strong>\u00a0options listed on the page.\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Click New<\/strong> in SIP Transfer<\/strong> section. If there are no addresses configured, Click on \u201cNew\u201d for SIP Call Transfer Setup<\/em> is displayed.<\/li>\n
  4. For List of IP Address<\/strong>, type the value(s) for Incoming IP Address in the textbox.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
