To configure the <strong>Hold Audio<\/strong> default flow, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. On the left pane click<strong> Language &amp; Speech <\/strong>under <b>System Setup <\/b>and select the <strong>Hold Audio <\/strong>option.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/hold-audio-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5089\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.kore.ai\/smartassist\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/hold-audio-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"699\" height=\"405\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2.
