To deploy or publish the changes, follow the below steps:

  1. On the left pane, click Deployment.
  2. On the Deployment page, you can find the unpublished use cases, natural languages, and advanced settings in the In-Development status.
  3. Select the respective option (Use Cases, Advanced Options).
  4. Click Publish on the top-right.
  5. On the Publish window, enter the relevant information in the Comments field.
  6. Click Publish.

Outgoing & Incoming Setup (Settings) must be configured before you publish. SmartAssist cannot automate use cases until the setup is complete.
