When you signup as a new user to the SearchAssist platform, you will be added to the free subscription plan. You can continue on the free subscription or join a paid plan of your choice. On the landing page, you will be given an option to Upgrade Your Plan<\/strong> along with the usage details like document limit and query limit reached.<\/p>\n

The Billing & Usage<\/strong> section of the SearchAssist application gives you the usage details and options to join\/upgrade a plan. From this section, you can see the various pricing options and usage details and choose the appropriate plan that suits your business needs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/span>Plan Details<\/span><\/h2>\n

From this section:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • You can view the current subscription plan\u00a0<\/strong>along with the\u00a0Renewal Date<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • You can:\n
      \n
    • Add<\/strong> Overage<\/strong> – add document & query overage if the number of queries or documents allotted in the plan is reaching the maximum limit,<\/li>\n
    • Change Plan<\/strong> – You can downgrade or upgrade a plan. In case of a downgrade, you need to delete all the documents and indices that exceed the limit. The Rules, Index stages, Experiments that exceed the limit need to be deleted.<\/li>\n
    • Cancel Subscription<\/strong> – You can cancel the subscription any time, but requests in the middle of a billing cycle will be honored only at the end of the billing cycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • If you are under the free trial period, you will able to select a plan in monthly\/annual subscription. You can also compare the features and price of all the available plans before choosing a plan.<\/li>\n
    • The Usage<\/strong> section gives you an overview of the query and document usage. You can add document & query overage if the number of queries or documents allotted in the plan is reaching the maximum limit.<\/li>\n
    • Usage Metrics<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Document Ingestion Analytics<\/strong> detailing the documents ingested in last 6 months, Query Usage in last 6 months<\/li>\n
      • Query Usage Analytics<\/strong> with a list of all the queries that were performed in the billing cycle, query types, channel in which the query was performed, whether the query reverted any results, and the date & time of the query.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

        <\/span>Usage Log<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Once the app is active, a usage log will be built for the live data.
        \nUsage Log gives you a list of all search queries along with the details like:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Search Query<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Type<\/strong> of query – whether it was a search query, picked from live search, or based on suggestions;<\/li>\n
        • Results<\/strong> were displayed or the query yielded in no result;<\/li>\n
        • Date & Time<\/strong> when the query was posed by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          You have the options to:<\/p>\n

          • Search<\/strong> for a specific query;<\/li>\n
          • Download<\/strong> the logs;<\/li>\n
          • Sort<\/strong> on type, results, or date & time;<\/li>\n
          • Filter<\/strong> on type and results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

            <\/span>Invoices<\/span><\/h2>\n

            Once you subscribe to a plan, you can view the invoices here.<\/p>\n

            You can view:<\/p>\n

            • Invoice Id<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
            • Billing Period<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
            • Invoice Amount<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
            • Subscription<\/strong> Type – Annual or Monthly;<\/li>\n
            • Invoice Date<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              You can:<\/p>\n

              • Search<\/strong> for a specific invoice;<\/li>\n
              • Sort<\/strong> by Invoice Date;<\/li>\n
              • For each invoice, Download<\/strong> the specific invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>
