After the review, the\u00a0<i>reviewer\u00a0<\/i>can either approve or reject it. The workflow also provides insights into the review process.<\/p>\n<p>Note: Only the approved FAQs would appear in the search results.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Workflow_Stages\"><\/span><span id=\"Workflow_Stages\" class=\"ez-toc-section\">Workflow Stages<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After you add FAQs to the application, FAQs follow a workflow based on the below-listed stages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft<\/li>\n<li>In-review<\/li>\n<li>Approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note: Only reviewers can review and approve the FAQs. Editors can add and edit the FAQs and send them to reviewers for review.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Draft\"><\/span><span id=\"Draft\" class=\"ez-toc-section\">Draft<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>After you add FAQs to the application, the FAQs are listed under the\u00a0<b>Drafts\u00a0<\/b>tab. On this page, you can edit a FAQ and send FAQs for review. You can also perform bulk operations. With the bulk select option, you can select multiple FAQs and send them for review or perform delete operations.<\/p>\n<p>To send for review, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Drafts list view, select the respective FAQ.<\/li>\n<li>After you select the FAQ, you can find the FAQ details in the right column.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<b>Send for Review<\/b>. On this page, as a reviewer, you can select the FAQ and approve it.<\/p>\n<p>To approve FAQs, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the In-review list view, select the respective FAQ.<\/li>\n<li>After you select the FAQ, you can find the FAQ details in the right column.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<b>Approve<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can also perform bulk operations. With the bulk select option, you can select multiple FAQs and approve FAQs or rework it. On this page, you can edit FAQs, move the FAQs to the drafts section for rework or delete the FAQ, and perform bulk operations.
