<\/span>Actions<\/span><\/h2>\n

As we have seen in search result configuration<\/a> the results from bot actions cannot be configured. The bot actions are listed in a default tile with header format. SearchAssist allows you to configure where the bot action results can be displayed.<\/p>\n

The Actions<\/strong> option allows you to display the bot actions at the top or at the bottom in the search result.
\nThis option is available only if you have linked a bot under the Bot Action<\/a> source, else you will be presented with an option to link a bot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To configure bot actions in a search result, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Click the <\/span>Manage <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed. <\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Under the <\/span>Actions <\/b>section, choose the position of the bot action results:<\/span>\n

    • Show Actions at the Top<\/em>;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Show Actions at the Bottom<\/em>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
