SearchAssist allows you to create credentials to configure channels and API scopes. Created credentials can be used in the <SDK config.file> for the SDK to interact with the search assist application.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

<\/span>Add<\/span><\/h2>\n

To add credentials, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. On the landing page, click the <\/span>Manage <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed. On the left pane, click <\/span>Credentials<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You will find the applications you created listed here. You can also create a new credential.<\/li>\n
  4. On the Manage Credentials page, click <\/span>+ Add Credential <\/b>on the top-right.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. On the Add Credential dialog box:<\/span>\n

    1. Enter a name in the <\/span>Credential Name<\/b> field.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Select a signing algorithm from the JWT Signing Algorithm Used For Client App Authentication<\/b> drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Click Add<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      <\/span>Delete<\/span><\/h2>\n

      To delete a credential, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. On the Manage Credentials page, click the delete icon on the respective credential.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. On the Delete Credential dialog box, click <\/span>Delete<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note: You can not delete a credential if it is associated with a channel.<\/p>\n
