SearchAssist allows your team to collaborate closely in the making of Search Assistants, from creation through launching. <\/span>Currently SearchAssist\u00a0 supports multiple users with the equal privileges.<\/p>\n

To collaboratively configure a Search Asssistant in the making, use the <\/span>Team\u00a0<\/b>option.\u00a0 Share an invite to each one of the team members to get access to the Search Assistant. Assign the role of co-worker of each one of the team members to start working on the Search Assistant.<\/span><\/p>\n

To add new team members, take the following steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Click the\u00a0Manage\u00a0<\/b>tab on the top.<\/li>\n
  2. By default, the\u00a0General Settings<\/b>\u00a0page is displayed. On the left pane, click\u00a0Team<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  3. On the Team page, click\u00a0+ Add Members<\/b>\u00a0on the upper-right.

  4. On the\u00a0Add Members\u00a0<\/b>dialog box, type email addresses in the\u00a0App Members<\/b>\u00a0field and hit\u00a0Enter<\/b> to add the email address of the prospective team member.\n
